Shipping policy

General Policy

Most orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This is a new store, so please be patient if for some reason it takes longer.

US Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Sorry, but we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to restrict the destination country, due to tax accounting requirements. If we restrict the shipping location, we will put the order on hold to notify you to discuss alternatives.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied - they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Notifications will be sent to the text number or email address you specified during checkout. Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to become available once shipping is in progress.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days after the projected delivery date, please contact us at shop@RayonBase.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Avoid PO Box Ship Addresses
To ensure smooth delivery, we suggest you avoid PO Boxes for your shipping address, since typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. This is because some items are not accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like UPS or FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
